Create, Update, and Maintain:
  • Web sites and tools across multiple platforms
  • Work collaboratively as a member of an Engineering Team and be responsible for contributing to designs, leading communication and/or supporting the team in other functions as needed
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver web-based solutions  
  • Povide full life cycle support (i.e., design, develop, deliver, and maintain) to high-level mission applications 
  • Transition Lotus Notes Databases into web-based applications  
  • Use programming languages such as ASPX, C#, DOM, PHP, JQuery, CAML, and JavaScript. 
  • Use Tools such as Sharepoint, Talkabout, Adobe Creative Suite, Joom
  • la, and WordPress. 
  • Provide oral and written status reports at the executive level
  • Elicit requirements and develop project plans and schedules 
  • Required skills and demonstrated experience:
  • Demonstrated experience with Lotus Notes
  • Demonstrated experience developing SharePoint sites
  • Demonstrated experience using software such as Adobe, Joomla; WordPress and Talkabout
  • Demonstrated experience using programming languages such as JavaScript/JQuery, and PHP
  • Demonstrated experience using modern web frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Demonstrated experience using the Document Object Model (DOM), consulting with technical partners and evaluating solutions to meet enterprise and mission specific needs
  • Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Investigates potentially applicable IT solutions and tools
  • Recommend transition strategy for moving legacy systems to new solutions  
  • Enhance current applications and improve the user experience by creating use cases prior to any deployments and reviewing the use cases to determine the quality of the system  
  • Develop and maintain applications
  • Manage application overhaul projects  
  • The Contractor shall create project artifacts such as design standards, information architectures, wireframes, and concept models
  • Implement designs 
  • Attend weekly staff meetings, Technical Exchange and other forums  
  • Use JIRA or SharePoint to manage and track requirements 
  • Provide project status during weekly staff meeting to include project prioritization. 
Highly desired:
  • Demonstrated experience assisting customers to identify and select replacement tools or solutions
  • Demonstrated experience using CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tools such as Flow Chart maker, report generators, and analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor external and internal IT partners
  • Demonstrated experience with web-based collection platforms
  • Demonstrated experience with data flow quality assurance
