Provides solutions to problems and guidance to less experienced field engineers.
Provides guidance on different types of equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
Provides guidance and installs more advanced or new technologies based on the needs of the customer/client.
Provides guidance for assessing if equipment and systems meet compliance standards.
Provides guidance, reports findings and provides solutions for any issues that halt progression.
Provides recommendations and solutions resulting from equipment assessments and checkups.
Provides training to internal and external groups on product features and specifications.
Strengthens and builds client relationships by improving interaction with products.
May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
Ability to install AV equipment including; Monitors, speakers, microphones, world clocks, message-signs, and Touch panels.
Ability to install, terminate and test AV cabling for above components.
Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans.
*Active Secret Clearance required
