Our work depends on a Senior Policy Analyst joining our team to oversee and promote GDIT policy. The Senior Policy Analyst plays a strategic role ensuring company policies are current and effective to govern GDIT’s daily operations and enable risk mitigation and decision-making activities.
HOW THE SENIOR POLICY ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Collaborates with stakeholders, validating GDIT policy documentation is current, effective, and supports company business strategy
Performs thorough quality control reviews of policy, procedure, and instruction (PPI) documents prior to posting
Manages PPI in keeping with corporate record retention policies and document management best practices
Facilitates the Policy and Process Working Group (PPWG) and promotes policy coordination among functional areas
Assists corporate audits (internal and external) through research and submittal of requested PPI
Participates in cross-functional and user groups as a Program Support Center representative, promoting synergy and teamwork
Administers the Program Support Center SharePoint site and its content, substantiating usability, and information accessibility
Participates in Program Support Center Team projects
May coach and provide guidance to Team Members
May serve as a Special Project Task Lead
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience
In lieu of degree, 9 years of related experience needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat

Evaluate data and develop documentation clearly articulating the results and next steps
Hybrid work location between GDIT facility at 3150 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA and remote (home office)
