The Training Lead shall prepare the training and change management plans to provide a path for legacy Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeal (BIA) users to transition from the legacy system to Benchmark. The Training Lead shall review training provided by Pioneer Technology Group (PTG) to municipal court users and adapt the training for federal employees and contractors in the immigration courts and BIA. The Training Lead shall train the GDIT team members on Benchmark as well as provide training to the EOIR users in the Immigration Court and BIA. The Training Lead shall prepare surveys to be completed by users as a means of gathering feedback on the training so that the training can be improved for future users. The Training Lead shall have a minimum of five years of experience, preferably supporting a government customer. The Training Lead shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have prior experience conducting remote training using an online screensharing tool.

Develops highly advanced measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant and highly advanced training trends and technology.

May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.

May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience
