Designs, develops, evaluates, plans and tests engineering specifications for software programs and applications
May perform the following functions without appreciable direction:
Develop and modify applications, software, services, utilities, interfaces, and systems that support systems and analysts.
5+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 6 additional years of experience (above the minimum experience in Column B) in information technology.
Technical certification Network +, Security +, Oracle or specializing in Software Development, or Cloud Computing.
