Job Description

GDIT is currently seeking a Systems Integrator to provide technical support for a new program that provides agency-wide Enterprise IT support. The Systems Integrator will serve in a vital program role, responsible for bringing together component subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together.

• Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects, and highlight areas of improvement
• Coordinate and facilitate recurring and non-recurring meetings and technical exchanges
• Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion
• Writes and updates documentation to include procedures, presentations, and training materials
• Engage with stakeholders to streamline costs, determine risks and gaps, and provide other strategic support
• Serves as an advisor to stakeholders in assigned service areas to recommend functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation
• Provide oversight of projects performance to identify areas requiring adjustments
• Provide technical support to accommodate leadership off-sties and all-hand meetings
• Support the efforts to deploy SecDevOps, Infrastructure as Code and automation efforts across the service area

Required Skills:
o Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
o Demonstrated experience working with technical personnel across multiple disciplines; experience developing project briefings, conceptual whitepapers, program planning, and other foundational documents
o Process-oriented, conceptually driven, and possess the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a highly technical environment
o Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
o Experience working with organizations to improve and streamline processes and procedures to gain efficiencies and improve mission support
o Experience coordinating and maintaining project schedules
o Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
o Detailed knowledge of relevant government regulations and standards
o Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance, with Full-Scope Polygraph
