We are seeking an Oracle Hyperion Functional Analyst to join our team supporting the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE 's) Office of Corporate Information Systems Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services of their Corporate Business Systems (CBSOM).

Roles and responsibilities:

Provides user support including resolving help-desk tickets, user inquiries and other system support

Support small projects enhancing and implementing budget processes in Hyperion Budget and Planning

Collects and performs analysis on moderately complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system

Prepares moderately complex flow charts, models, and procedures

Prepares systems specifications

Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems

Performs detailed analysis and systems designs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience,

2+ years experience with Oracle Hyperion applications and/or Federal Budget processes. Working understanding of Oracle Hyperion Budget and Planning.

The likely salary range for this position is $88,000 - $132,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
