GDIT’s DOJ/OJP team is looking for a dynamic Systems Analyst to support our client's Data management Center of Excellence.  As a Systems Analyst, you will provide user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. You will troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

Job Description: This position requires the employee to use their excellent customer service and technical skills to quickly and patiently respond to end users and internal users for web based applications using the Ivanti ticketing system. The employee will apply their trouble shooting skills to resolve customer's technical issues, interface with internal teams to resolve problems, and investigate detailed agency application status. This position requires the employee to interface not only with external customers but internal federal points of contact, the application developers as well as manage the day-to-day efforts of the escalated service desk team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Ivanti or similar service desk ticketing systems.
  • BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience.
  • History of working with large enterprise level applications.
  • A track record of delivery in challenging, face-paced environments.

Contract Requirements:

  • Contract Requires US Citizenship
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Agency specific Public Trust clearance
