Provides leadership and management to the GDIT SACSS team.
Provides first-level leadership and leads daily team activities while supervising quality analyst professionals in their assignment.
Provides first-level leadership and monitors the quality analysis process to ensure the external and internal requirements are met before the products/services are delivered.
Closely monitor the testing status and provide management with regular updates.
Provides first-level leadership and proactive solutions for issues by analyzing collected data.
Contribute to regular meetings to cultivate effective working relationships between cross-functional groups for the development of action plans to address quality issues.
Organizes training for quality assurance staff to enhance their skill and knowledge of product/services quality requirements.
Assist with management decisions and activities.
SCOPE: Supervises a small team focused on one or a few areas. Low complexity.
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
Experience required, US Navy ship repair, or shipyard work
Desired qualifications NDT level II , VT, MT, PT
