The Administrative Assistant IV (AA) is a key member of our front office team with a high level of visibility and daily interaction with both senior management and visitors to the office. The resource will be primarily responsible for the scheduling and coordination for the two principals. Tile resource will have a high level of autonomy and discretion to handle issues as they arise throughout the day combining transactional work with the opportunity to problem solve on dynamic requirements. The resource will be working with the other members of the support team in a professional office environment. The resource shall have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as they will represent the front office in a variety of communication mediums, however, most often in email correspondence, instant messenger and telephone. Generally, resource should be available during normal business hours although there is some flexibility. The resource will lift small items such as supply boxes, stock supply shelves, copier paper and other such light office duties. The resource will travel a very small amount, normally to another building within the WMA to support a meeting or event; however, this is ·not a frequent occurrence.
