General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) has an immediate opportunity for a Salesforce Environment Manager to:

  • Work on automation of the provisioning of servers, deployment of code and general configuration management

  • Manage source code for branch and merge strategy

  • Accountable for all aspects of a release plan and support transition plan/production readiness checklist

We can only accept US citizens and or Green Card Holders.  The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years and not have left the country for longer than 180 cumulative days.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related systems engineering experience
  • 4+ years of Release Management experience
  • 3+ years with ANT, and Eclipse development platform
  • 1-2 years' experience in version control systems, incident tracking tools and Build/deployment tools
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification
  • Availability for off-hour support
  • Experience using Subversion and Jenkins
  • Skilled in creating, validating, promoting change sets
  • Agile Methodologies
  • Exposure to Apex and Visualforce development

Preferred:

  • Automated testing experience (Selenium or UFT)
