Our work depends on a Logistics Analyst joining our team to support the audit ability of accountable property, in researching the system to assist Customers on compliance and inventory policies.

HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Maintaining good communication with the team to achieve the mission
• Candidate will be team oriented, but the individual will also be responding and working directly with the Customer to resolve challenges
• Sponsor office is looking for a results-oriented team player, who is flexible and willing to meet the challenges and changing needs of the organization
• The LG will be covering multiple WMA buildings based on the ad-hoc requirements of the customer and the services will include the following: procurement and delivery of materials; accountable property transactions; inventory  management; record keeping; and database administration using both the sponsor database tracking system and sponsor procurement system
• The LG will be integrated into the mission and will leverage technology to develop and deliver agile solutions

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Knowledge of Customer systems, as well as Microsoft suite of products. A basic level of proficiency is desired for Microsoft Access, Lotus Notes, Adobe, and SharePoint. An intermediate level of proficiency is desired with the sponsor asset tracking software, the sponsor shipment tracking system, the sponsor accountable property database, sponsor supply ordering system, sponsor request and reporting system, property turn-in, vouchers, and memos
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail and good communication
• Location: On Customer site in Chantilly, Virginia
• US Citizenship Required
