  • Administers knowledge management products such as Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Jira and Confluence. 

  • Helps customers manage content, customize site collections, and design workflows within Microsoft SharePoint 2016. 

  • Manage SharePoint sites and accounts, including site configuration, custom features deployment, bandwidth monitoring, managing space, and maintaining backups. 

  • Builds dashboards and workflows in Atlassian Jira to customer specifications.  

  • Assist customers in leveraging Atlassian Confluence for optimal knowledge data storage and dissemination.  

  • Provides site administration within both Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence to help facilitate privacy and security settings and content management. 

  • Provide support and initial end-user training for users of these content management platforms.


  • BS in Computer Science, or a related technology field. Experience may be substituted for education. 

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility, based on a T5 or T5R investigation. 

  • 3 years of experience working with CMS systems such as Microsoft SharePoint or Atlassian Jira or Confluence. 

  • Excellent written communication skills primarily centered around creating information summaries and white papers. 

  • Candidate will be required to acquire DoD Instruction 8570 Level II Certification within 6 months of assignment
