Program Analyst

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Program Analyst supporting NASA, you will be trusted to manage task orders from task initiation to completion for a large IT and Cybersecurity Services contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage program task cycles, including working with contract officials and project teams to meet objectives
  • Develop and execute plan for organizing, assigning staff, tracking, and managing task orders from task initiation to completion, including configuration control, subcontracting, schedule, and cost
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Evaluation, negotiation, and administration of task orders and subsequent amendments consistent with client requirements, government regulations, and procurement policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
  • Coordinates risk tracking process
  • Ensure that all acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing efforts address information security requirements consistent with organization goals
  • Coordinates with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders
  • Reviews subcontractor and consultant invoices for accuracy

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including US Citizenship.  Existing security clearance preferred.  
  • Prior support to NASA Cybersecurity is preferred.
