At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Program Manager you will perform activities in the following areas:

  • Technical Project planning, tracking and reporting for endpoint device updates, patching, packaging, Appstore(s) publishing, vulnerability remediation, and pilot coordination/oversight for all endpoints
  • Executive planning, preparation, and presentations
  • Establish and manage communications channels with application owners and across all Enterprise Endpoint Technology Teams
  • Tracking and reporting KPI data and statistics for all Enterprise Endpoint Technology Teams
  • Openly collaborate with other Endpoint Engineering teams and Program Managers
  • Monitor and document efforts focused on the Office Workplace Modernization project
  • Microsoft SCCM Modern application deployments
  • RITSC IT Support


  • Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management.
  • Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.
  • Utilizing the MS Suite of products to include MS WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, Project and Visio in support of report generation, developing planning documents, and customer instructions relative to deployment and ongoing support
  • Serve as liaison between engineers, development team, and customer management.
  • Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
  • Leads teams and provides day-to-day direction for projects
  • Must create a tracking and reporting mechanism for all Integration projects in a manner that provides consistency and standard metrics.  Must train other Endpoint Engineering departments to use same tracking mechanisms.
  • Must create dashboard for KPI reporting of project metrics.
  • Track project issues and status to 100% completion
  • Actively own new efforts, liaison with other departments, and track tasks to completion
  • Manage and track ad-hoc requests
  • Master project scheduler
  • Ability to use TEAMS, create powerBI dashboards and manage SharePoint updates


  • 10+ years of experience with a BA/BS in Systems Analysis, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science or associated discipline is preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to drive projects and provide day-to-day direction to team members
  • Must have demonstrated strong project/program management skills on a network infrastructure team
  • Familiarity of Agile methods
  • Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) and must not have traveled outside of the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years

  • Experience using Excel and MS Access
  • ITIL Foundations certification

Please Note: The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
