GDIT is seeking a Lead IA Engineer in support of a contract providing specialized Information Technology (IT) Engineering Services (ES) within the ISR domain to serve as a team leader in accreditation activities including ASCA and LBSA support. Must be able to provide analysis of networks/systems, development of secure networks/systems, and integration, testing, and maintenance of the networks/systems. Shall lead the development of system/software IA documentation to support C&A for complex IT systems throughout DoD, AF and IC and processes that address cybersecurity in the system/software design, implementation, testing, and monitoring process and develop solutions that align with DoD, AF, and IC Cybersecurity regulations.
Current DoDI 8570.01 IAM Level III certification
Active TS clearance with current SSBI
Minimum five years of direct experience with all phases of IA and accreditation processes for TS or TS/SCI networks
Minimum of five years of leading teams of IA analysts to successfully complete the entire certification and accreditation (C&A) or A&A process, receiving an ATO for at least one new system implementation (not re-accreditations of existing networks)
Minimum of five years of experience leading complex DoD and IC risk management activities including implementing of DOD and IC RMFs
Minimum of three years of direct experience with cybersecurity testing of cross-domain solutions
Minimum of three years of experience briefing senior leadership on IA and/or cybersecurity issues
Minimum of five years of experience designing IA solutions for complex cloud infrastructures
Knowledge of RMF NIST, DoD 8500.01 and ICD 501-503
