As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will have varying degrees of autonomy/authority and discretion. The environment is more dynamic than transactional. Interactions will be both customer facing and behind the scenes
This role will have some sole support requirements but will be expected to be a full member of the wider support team. Excellent interpersonal skills are required
Professional decorum will be necessary as interaction will occur with senior center leadership as well as midlevel and junior officers
Communication will be mostly written and there will be little to no requirement for briefing or presenting information
Possible additional hours but no routine requirements envisioned presently. There will be little requirement for lifting/moving/extended standing. There is no current plan for travel in this requirement
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Scheduling will allow for flexible arrival and departure times. (Core Hours 8:30-3:00)
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
