GDIT is hiring a Service Asset Configuration Manager in support of the USSOUTHCOM SCITES Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and provides the Configuration Management (CM) construct to the AO Uniform environment. 
  • Responsible for the Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) and all subsets including the Asset Management Data Base (AMDB), and the Documentation Library. 
  • Ensures CM data are available for reference as required.
  • Ensures the seamless interactions between CM, Change and Logistics activities. 
  • Creates and maintains the CM Plan including CM/CMDB policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration item baseline attributes, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits. 
  • Supports Change Control Boards (CCB).
  • Participates in special projects as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • TS Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Some shift work may be required
  • Travel up to 10%


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience; DoD 8570 cert
