Senior Software Engineer

Who we are: 
Come Join Our Team! GDIT is a government contractor providing professional and technical services to various government agencies (i.e. defense). We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our winning team. The individual hired for this position will provide support for our government customer located at Eglin AFB, FL.

The desired candidate will:  

  • Perform software engineering duties to include software design, responding to software change requests and bug reports, code reviews, and application testing. 
  • Maintain and develop multiple software applications switching from one application to another according to mission priorities.

Required Skills

  • Object oriented programming techniques.
  • Writing C# code with Visual Studio.
  • Microsoft SQL Server scripting and creating SQL Stored Procedures.
  • Code management using Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Preferred Experience with:

  • Java programming.
  • Matlab programming.

Required Experience:  

  • Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last 6 years (TS/SCI desired).
  • 5+ years of experience.
