Job Description

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software both in person and through the use of remote access tools.
    • Provides end-user software and hardware troubleshooting.
    • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
    • Assists in the administration of e-mail, Microsoft office, etc.
    • Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
    • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

    MID SHIFT ONLY : hours: 2400 - 800


    • AA/AS, 5+ years of experience
    • TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly

    Two certifications are required for the program:

    1. Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert

    2. PWS 9.1 cert

    * Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements

    Salary and Benefit Information

    The likely hourly rate for this position is between $27.70 - $41.54, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
