This position supports 313th Training Squadron (313 TRS) activities applying instructional design methodologies to instruct, develop, employ and maintain traditional in-residence courses as well as web-based course technology, interactive courseware, and advanced distributed learning (ADL) capabilities for use within the DCGS and Intelligence Analysis Program. The support will include state-of-the-art instruction support services that will allow the 313th TRS to achieve its mission while integrating evolving instructional design methodologies and information technologies to remain in synch with the fielded technology over the program’s life cycle.
Provide subject matter expertise regarding DCGS 100, Analysis 200, and Analysis 300 training products and instruction methods in order to provide the student-base the most realistic and relevant training.
Provide the following support: in-residence and online academic classroom instruction, performance tests, written tests, special instruction assistance, “hands-on” application/lab instruction, appraisals, simulation/exercise events, student feedback surveys, and student training status updates.
The instructor staff will comply with instructor criteria as outlined in AETCI 36-2201, -2202, corresponding 17 TRG Supplements to these regulations.
Adult learning skills; team work, creativity and an understanding of the military training environment would also be helpful.
BA or equivalent + 3 yrs related experience, or MA + 1 yr related experience
Active TS/SCI security clearance
At least one year with a duty position qualification in the DCGS Weapon System
Experience working with the Blackboard courseware development/delivery program
