MCTS scenarios training for 1A8X1s and 1A8X2s are required to standardize training and training timelines and create efficiency in training Combat Mission Ready (CMR) 1A8s. This position shall develop and maintain MCTS scenarios that are standardized, predictable, and adaptable for training to stay relevant with ever-changing adversaries. These scenarios shall require approximately 50 biannual reviews and updates to reflect the current target operational environment. The contractor shall provide the following courseware development support:
a. Create courseware for Government and military personnel that shall simulate live target training.
b. Make applicable changes and updates to courseware as needed.
c. Update Job Qualification Sheets and Training Task Lists as needed to meet new
requirements and update for NKO positions.
d. Provide input in detailing accomplishments and issues in the performance of the task.
e. Provide instruction/training to military and civilian personnel.

Minimum Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree may be waived in lieu of an Associates' Degree plus seven years' of experience or no degree plus nine years' of experience
  • TS/SCI clearance or a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • RC-135 operational experience
