GDIT is hiring a Property Controller in support of the USSOUTHCOM SCITES Program. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and verify IT assets that are unused or deemed unserviceable, and determine if possible reuse within the AO Uniform environment is feasible. Remove or replace equipment that has surpassed End-of-Life or End-of Service milestones in coordination with the Lifecycle Manager and/or the Configuration Manager. Coordinate removal and recovery of components that can be salvaged for repair actions. Provide coordination of the turn-in of obsolete or unusable IT assets to DRMO, maintaining communications between the FEDSIM CO/COR, TPOC and the Government Property Book Officer prior to the delivery of such IT assets to DRMO. Document and maintain records of each transaction into the DRMO Log. Provide timely as-specified reports on DRMO transactions. Required Qualifications: TS/SCI required Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or commensurate level of experience based on position level (Associate, Journeyman, Senior, etc….) 2 – 5 Years’ experience * Additional experience can be substituted for formal education (e.g. 2 years’ experience = 1-year formal education) Clearance: TS/SCI Shift Work: No. Travel: Less than 10%
