GDIT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help support our DMDC ICEs2 contract. This position is 100% remote.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Senior Business Analyst joining our team to help define and implement the requirements for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) credentialing system.
HOW A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Analyst will work across business and technical teams to help identify, track, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the full lifecycle of the solution, including support for testing against the requirements. The analyst should have previous ICAM experience supporting a large implementation effort. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support for change management and support for end user documentation. The analyst will be responsible for independently conducting research documenting key aspects of data management workflows, system releases, capturing IAM use cases, and IAM processes, and preparing briefings and executive-level reports.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED:
Citizenship: US Citizen
Security Clearance: Department of Defense (DoD) Secret
Minimum Experience: 5 years, at least 2 years managing requirements for a large DoD or Federal program
Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s
Thorough understanding of DoD requirements and development processes
Experience with collection, definition, and application of complex system requirements from large organizations with diverse stakeholders
Experience with mapping data flows and system integrations across an organization to the project’s requirements
Experience prioritizing own and team’s workflow and assignments needed to support engineering, business analyst, policy development, and management task deadlines and objectives
Aptitude for adapting priorities and schedule in coordination with other project teams to minimize delays on critical path tasks
Experience formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user/business needs
Experience modifying procedures to solve complex problems
Ability to analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate both into proper system requirement specifications
Experience identifying and managing business, functional, and technical requirements for cybersecurity/IAM products
Experience liaising across business and technical teams to communicate requirements to different stakeholders
Experience developing and tracking requirements through a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and working with testing specialists to develop use cases to test against the requirements
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deployment of IAM systems
Experience developing and briefing materials and executive summaries
Location: Remote (but must reside within the United States)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - DESIRED:
Experience working with a Credential Management System (CMS)
Experience with Intercede’s MyID solution
Knowledge or experience supporting projects related to PIV Credentialing Systems, IAM Architecture, Identity Management, and other IAM solutions
Experience establishing and maintaining dashboards and reports
Experience developing and providing training related to credentialing systems and processes
Knowledge of physical and logical access control principles
Provide guidance and documentation for IAM-related security policies, procedures, and guidelines

The likely salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
