GDIT is currently seeking a Project Integrator who has both a project management background and working knowledge of the government processes to support a new program. The Project Integrator will help ensure projects from across the contract are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis, and deadlines are met. Responsible for assisting management team with tracking work flow, scheduling review meetings, defining and communicating feedback cycles, and consistently following-up to ensure projects are on track.
Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
Working with IT project teams across the Enterprise to gather system information, determine the applicability of requirements, ensure project team’s understanding, and track through completion/hand-off
Raising IT systems, networks, applications, etc. to internal review forums for value assessment and prioritization
Serving as the primary interface between the customer and GDIT project teams, and engaging in/facilitating two-way communication as needed
Working with the customer to gather requirements at IT governance boards/councils and briefing those forums on a regular basis or ad hoc
Processing IT system and application registration requests and responding to external inquiries
Documenting and maintaining IT system information
Maintaining consistent, proactive, and timely communication with stakeholders
Preparing and presenting status reports, data calls, deliverables, and briefings as required
Collaborating with internal technical teams, external project teams, ISSMs, and management to build relationships and achieve objectives
Undertaking project tasks as required.

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies
8+ years of project management or requirements management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and/or equivalent education and years of experience
Broad understanding of IT systems, networks, applications, etc. and the differences between them
Experience gathering, tracking, communicating, and managing technical requirements in a complex environment
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and communication to multiple stakeholders, while managing expectations appropriately
TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
