Job Description

The Collective Training Lead will plan and conduct Mission Command staff training events which replicate a realistic training environment and encompass the dimensions and complexities of Unified Land Operations (ULO).  The ideal candidate will have leadership experience coordinating, planning, and preparing exercise directives, developing collective exercises, and synchronizing all requirements to meet programs goals in support of III Corps’ mission.  This leader’s primary focus is assisting commanders and staffs in collective training at the battalion level and above. The individual will need to manage a team across the Warfighting Functions and be an expert in facilitating the operations process.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background of at least 10 years experience with military training and training support
  • CGSC/ILE or equivalent level military schooling (MEL 4)
  • Background in operations and training at Brigade or higher level
  • Successfully served as a Battalion Commander
  • Secret Clearance
  • The Collective Training Lead at JBSA must have a background in Army Combat Health Support Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Senior Service College (SSC) qualified (MEL 1)
  • Successfully served as a Brigade Commander

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $80,226 - $133,973, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
