Develops and maintains a data architecture for collecting, processing and analyzing web and social media related information. Data architecture primarily uses open-source technologies in the AWS cloud. Provides the technical skills and the ability to approach data architecture problems in a creative manner. Responsible for transformation of data lake information into data warehouses and data marts to support end user requirements. Coordinates with data scientists and program analysts to architect solutions that enable analysts to perform their functions.

EDUCATION

Requires a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences, Applied Math or Science Statistics, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Analytics or related fields; Bachelor’s Degree and experience may be accepted in lieu.

EXPERIENCE

Requires 10+ years experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIRMENTS

SECRET clearance required, selected candidate will be submitted for upgrade.
