The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the ITSM Service Transition for the HIGLAS Program. The resource will work closely with all areas within the program to manage the Configuration Management and Deployment Processes

Residency Requirements: The candidate must prove a 3 year residency in the United States.


  • Support the newly implemented Deployment tools in maturity and review areas to enhance and optimize them
  • Drive process and education with multiple teams within the program with relation to Service Transition
  • Work closely with the client and internal teams to gather and manage the requirements related to Configuration and Deployment
  • Facilitate meetings internally and with the client for status and requirements.
  • Create and maintain Deliverables, work products, checklists, Process documents and Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Create Training material and train other teams on the Configuration and Deployment Management and related Processes.
  • Define, Maintain and update policies and procedures for configuration and Release management.
  • Ability to interpret and clearly define client/customer requirements and identify the required analysis needed to covert data to stories for the implementation.
  • Ability to create automated reports in ServiceNow for dashboards to various levels of Management review
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that show trends for different KPI’s and manage metrics
  • Must be available to work on weekends as needed.


BS/BA or the equivalent and 5+ years’ experience working with ITSM and Configuration Management processes


  • 2+ Year’s experience with ITSM Processes or field.
  • 2+ Year’s experience with MS Office suite of products.
  • 1 + Year’s experience with JIRA, ServiceNow or similar Change/Release Management Tool and facilitating meetings
  • 1 + Year’s experience in working in collaboration with different teams 
  • 1 + Year’s experience in creating and maintaining documentation for any area in Service Transition


  • Federal consulting experience in Oracle Federal Financial Environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Modules
  • ITIL Foundation and Service Management knowledge


  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills that demonstrate confidence with technology and business process.
  • Demonstrate excellent process knowledge and strength in defining and maintaining process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed to interact other teams within the program.
