Requires wide range of IT technical experience AND management in critical IT tasks including, engineering, administration, systems management and development, systems programming, cybersecurity, database management, networking, app development, and software integration management experience.
Must have proven history of interpreting and successfully implementing policy and controls from Contract Documents, Technical Orders, Air Force Instruction and National Policy Directives.
Strong technical writing ability. To include whitepapers, contract deliverables, position papers, plans, guides, checklists, directives, etc.
Manages systems/software professionals directly and offers leadership, coaching, and training.
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
Develops schedules and performance requirements.
Enhances information systems by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies.
Oversees the maintenance of accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity.
Manages all information systems policies and procedures.
Experience in managing and executing the following:
- a GetLab repository
- FIPS 140-2, Common Criteria, JSIG Processes, STIG Processes
- Cisco ASA, switching, routing, and configuration
- Software and Hardware Quality Assurance
- Unix, Linux
- Oracle Solaris
- LDAP Integration
Bachelors Degree in a STEM field (Experience along with multiple professional level certifications showing a depth of IT qualifications MAY be considered in lieu a degree)
Sec+CE or higher IA certification required to be considered.
SCOPE: Manages a small senior level team focused on multiple areas of medium to large project. Medium to High complexity.
