Core Hours 9-3: The primary responsibilities of the position are Office Administration/Office Management, including integrating related support disciplines (e.g., coordinating an office move or event) and utilizing Sponsor administrative applications (e.g., Sponsor Travel System, Sponsor Procurement System, Sponsor Financial System). The AA will understand office's imperatives and service/support needs; promote a customer-focused culture across the Office by measuring performance and responding constructively to customer feedback. Be accountable for resolving problems and generating solutions. The AA should have basic skills with Microsoft Office applications. The AA should also be familiar with SharePoint, Sponsor Access Request System, and other systems and applications as required for daily use. Sponsor travel request system and reimbursement system experience is desirable. The AA will manage the shared department conference room using established automated process to receive and coordinate requests for use. The Sponsor Department is willing to train on Sponsor specific applications that the AA does not have experience with using.
