GDIT is seeking a candidate for the position of Image Technician Level II, on a TSA contract which requires the following:

Qualifications:

Applicants must be U.S. citizen and possess an active TSA Suitability and Secret Clearance.

Job responsibilities include building and capturing various traveler bag scenarios and threats on Advanced Technology-2 (AT-2) X-ray systems and the Checkpoint CT X-ray system, laying out contents of bags and photographing the contents and threats, entering data in the Threat Image Library (TIL) database, using an application for mapping objects in 2-D X-ray images to create interactive training, and perform Quality Assurance (QA) on deliverables.

Requirements:

5 years of experience with operating and capturing images on Advanced Technology-2 (AT-2) X-ray systems and the Checkpoint CT X-ray systems

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A.A. degree in related discipline, or 5 years of

experience shall substitute for A.A.

This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 18, 2022 or the start date, if after January 18. Individuals who work in or reside in Florida, Montana, Tennessee, Texas, or work outside of the United States may be excluded from this requirement.
