General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator/Common Engineering Tool (CET) License Manager for our Naval customer in Crane, Indiana.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performs OS and vendor software patching on servers

  • Monitors Physical and Virtual Servers performance using monitoring tools

  • Performs troubleshooting and does analysis of alerts on Servers

  • Manages hardware and software inventory tools (e.g., Flexera, SCCM)

  • Analyzes and recommends IT asset life-cycle management including procurement, deployment, monitoring, auditing, validation, tracking, expense and use reporting, and disposal.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • 5+ years of experience managing, upgrading, and hardening Apache & IIS; using Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and applicable software tools (ACAS, SCAP, etc)

  • Experience with hardware and software inventory tools (e.g., Flexera, SCCM)

  • Knowledge of Java applications

  • Knowledge of and experience with OAUTH & SAML

  • Security+

  • Secret clearance
