Performs program management for a complex data sharing and application integration program at FDIC. Ensures that the combined technical solution is delivered on schedule and within budget, achieving the customer’s program goals and individual project results, as well as Program’s performance (SLA) goals. 

Administratively - Works with the customer (COR and CO) to plan, organize, staff, direct, manage, and report the work performance to ensure that schedules, staffing, and budgets are appropriately managed to accomplish program objectives. At customer direction, oversees Project Managers in achieving performance measures, quality standards, meeting security and configuration management requirements; identifying and mitigating project risks; and monitoring project cost and schedule progress. 

Technically – Possesses strong knowledge of and experience in the principles and activities related to the development and support of data analysis, consolidation, integration and reporting management systems. Has extensive experience in strategic planning and optimization of data management platforms to achieve more efficient and effective data analysis and reporting results.

  • Responsible for providing overall subject matter guidance to program and project staff, including  monitoring the technical suitability of the methods, tools, and techniques in use by the Program; assessing the technical quality of work performed; and evaluating the quality of program deliverables.
  • Experienced in providing guidance to program staff in selecting technology architecture best suited for the successful development and support of Program’s information systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field
  • A current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent professional certification as provided by the Project Management Institute.
  • Recent experience managing contracts of $75M+ (TCV)
  • Experience managing 100+ personnel, including multiple subcontractors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Program Management experience with FDIC asset management and resolution programs and/or other FDIC information and data analysis and reporting systems.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or related technical discipline may be substituted for part of the required experience.
