Sponsor looking for support for the front office on Sponsors senior leadership actions/tasking, coordinating meetings, creating meetings, creating high impact briefings, Microsoft Sharepoint Admin and procurements.
The contractor shall work in a highly autonomous manner reviewing, coordinating and responding t multiple actions from Sponsors senior leadership within the time frame specified. The contractor shall monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible actions. The contractor shall schedule virtual and in person meetings for the Sponsors front office. The contractor shall craft briefings that are at the appropriate content and detail level for the target audience using design and techniques that clearly and succinctly conveys the point the briefer is making. The Contractor shall document, track, maintain and follow up on Sponsors procurements for products and services through the Sponsors procurement office. The contractor shall keep staff informed of an issues that could delay order delivery and reach out to designated staff about when a procurement needs to be started. The contractor shall track procurements in Excel (or another tool specified by sponsor) and capture salient information to allow staff to respond to queries or to facilitate the procurement. The contractor shall craft pivot tables/charts using a variety of data; support tracking and maintaining financial data; administer and maintain sponsors SharePoint site; and create dashboards in excel. Contractor must demonstrate experience with crafting PowerPoint briefings, tracking information with Excel, crafting pivot tables, administering SharePoint sites, utilizing Confluence as a means to gather information from technical staff, demonstrating experience using Jira.

May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts.
May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)
Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.
Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.
Recognized as a subject matter expert in a specific area.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 15+ years of experience
