Designs and develops analysis instruments and/or strategies to identify training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness.
Designs and develops assessment instruments and/or strategies to meet training requirements.
Identifies needs and provides viable interventions, including training and performance support.
Conducts analysis of training requirements (needs, job, task analysis, and gap analysis).
Conducts Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, evaluations IAW Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation.
Interviews subject matter experts or incumbents to collect information.
Develops relevant and measurable assessment criteria and standards.
Designs reliable and valid assessment materials.
Gathers data and compiles information into documents related to assessment.
Participates in the development of computer-based training and other technology-based learning solutions.
Coordinates with designers, artists, programmers, and other team members to accomplish tasks.
Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced personnel, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
May serve as a technical team or task leader.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
