At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Jr. Program Analyst you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Jr. Program Analyst Program joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.
HOW A JR PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program with high attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking.
•Manages calendars for the program and program executives including prioritizing, scheduling, and rescheduling.
•Assists in developing plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitoring tasks, to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
•Assists senior personnel in establishing and defining program requirements.
•Monitors progress of program requirements.
•Works within the Program Assurance team to help define and implement tools and process automation to support program operations and strategic initiatives.
•May assist in business/proposal development activities.
•Participates in special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education
BA/BS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
Qualifications
•0-2 years of related finance or business analysis experience required
•Familiarity with MS Teams or other virtual meeting platforms
•Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
•Proven experience collecting and summarizing data from multiple sources
•Strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills
•Strong competency in problem-solving and program support
•Self-starter, with a desire to learn and grow continuously
Requirements
•Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise.
•Outstanding time management – ability to manage deadlines and quickly adapt to changes.
•Demonstrated decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
•Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is strongly preferred.
