We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to provide support and subject matter expertise related to the contract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Contract Negotiation, Contract Administration and Closeout.

Tasks and Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Administers contracts including support of negotiations, preparing correspondence and maintaining documentation.
• Participates in preparation of proposals including pricing and scheduling details and coordination of requirements. 
• Serves as a liaison with Government and commercial prime contractors regarding contracting issues.
• Participates in program reviews, status briefings and customer interaction whenever the contracting office is involved.
• Maintains updates and communicates bid and proposal information. Initiates and maintains a network of communication with contracting specialists/officers. Participates in special project, as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience within Contracts Administration
• In lieu of degree, 6 years’ experience within Contracts Administration
• Clearance: Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with current CI polygraph
• Location: Position will require working onsite in Herndon, VA and some remote.
