General Dynamics Information Technology’s (GDIT) FedCiv organization has an opening for the position of Program Analyst.
Maintain Meeting Agendas, Minutes, and Action Items for 4+ meetings a week. Includes gathering topics from internal and external stakeholders, publishing agendas 24-hours prior to meeting attendance, gathering minutes and action items and distributing them after the meetings.
Collect data, generate and distribute adhoc reporting as requested by internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate facility requests for the team (building access, lab access, etc.)
Maintain TDB/SA-24 administrative process documents such as onboarding and out-processing checklists, acronym lists, etc.
Maintain and update changes to Project Management PowerPoint templates
Follow-up with Government stakeholders for required approval and sign-off on deliverables
Collecting and consolidating process improvement survey responses
Maintain group calendar (Weekly PTO summary, conferences, TDYs, training)
Collect and transfer monthly and quarterly KPI performance files
Assist employees with expense reporting
Support team with developing documents, updating SOPs, etc.
Basic Qualifications to be considered:
Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 (+) years of relevant experience
Active Interim Secret/Secret clearance required
Dependable, self-starter that can work autonomously and follow all tasks through to completion
Attention to detail
Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks based on changing requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders and Government customer
