GDIT is starting a new project with the FAA and requires a skills Business Analyst to assist with the creation of requirements and plans for the development of the new application.  This person will work with multiple Government offices to develop a fully integrated application.   

This is a key project and requires someone who is very detailed and quick to adapt.  The Business Analyst will need to completely own the application, collecting requirements and working with architects to create the application. This person must be an expert with Agile method’s to lead the team with development of the solution.  This person will analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user’s acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow. Expert with providing Demos of new application solutions.

Expert with developing User Stories

Work with team to test application and present status

Gathering and/or defining requirement

Support gathering and prioritizing user stories and bugs

Review all work is complete by the end of each sprint

Managing all the tickets in Jira and ensuring work is getting completed

Conducting Demo’s with team and clients.

BS Degree plus 10 years’ experience.
