Supports customer warehouse and logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-5 years experience. Experience can be substituted for a degree Forklift Certified perferred
Assist with site visits; validating access for and escorting vendors
Assist the Facility Manager with the property management company/owner and vendors and coordinates all actions
Conduct regular visual inspections of the facility to ensure all areas and systems are safe, clean and in working order
Document problems, coordinates with vendor/management as appropriate for repair/maintenance and maintains facility repair checklist
Assists with shipping and receiving, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all shipments
Prepares equipment for shipping, ensuring completeness of paperwork included bills, packing slips, and other requires documentation (certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc) and receive equipment, returning it to inventory
Coordinates with the Warehouse Manager upon receipt of shipments to identify and resolves overages, shortages and/or damages associated with shipments
Compiles, maintain and archives all document in accordance with federal, state, industry and/or client/program specific laws, guidelines and/or SOPs
Maintain accurate records of inventory
Travel to remote facilities to manage inventories, support exercises and facilitate equipment updates
Interface with internal customers, purchasing agents, and various other organizations
Communicates with external carrier representatives
Assist with planning for routine scheduling, exercises and special events
Assist the Transportation Manager with the coordination and execution of the vehicle maintenance program
Assist in the local area transport and delivery
