Demonstrable experience with existing and emerging ICAM technologies (e.g. Digital identities, Access Control, Virtual Directory, PKI, Two Factor Authentication and supporting technologies. Additionally) to ensure basic integrity and confidentiality of critical privacy data. The candidate shall be familiar with account provisioning, and privileged user management, Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) / Policy Based Access Control (PBAC) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Discretionary Access Control (DAC), and/or Mandatory Access Control (MAC). The ideal candidate will also have experience Active Directory (AD) and associated service components supporting user, privileged user, and service account management, security and distribution groups, and third-party products such as cloud platforms, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) systems, Active Roles Server (ARS), Total Privileged Access Module (TPAM), Change Auditor, and third-party scripting tools.
Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter
Serve as technical advisor on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives.
Expertise is in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management)
Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the current and emerging technologies
May serve as a technical consultant to one or more projects
Coordinate with contract management and government personnel to ensure project objectives are properly defined and communicated to the customer, and the solutions satisfy customer needs
Bachelor’s degree in STEM related major, and/or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work
2+ years of hands-on experience required
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
DoD 8570 compliance required (IAM or IAT level II).
