This is a customer facing department and the ideal candidate should have exceptional telephone skills, work both independently and as part of a team at time, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and remain flexible. This position requires the AA to greet all visitors to the office. There may be minimal travel required between buildings; additional hours are not a requirement. The candidate is expected to work during routine business hours (0730 to 1600 hours) and be punctual.
