GDIT is seeking a Senior Deployment Coordinator to assist in GDIT’s support the United States Air Forces in Europe-United States Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract supporting operations, maintenance, and integration of USAFE-AFAFRICA ABAD initiatives. This contract provides the full spectrum of Air Base Air Defense capabilities for the USAFE-AFAFRICA area of responsibility (AOR). The Deployment Coordinator will serve as the GDIT’s primary POC for all ABAD deployments. The Deployment Coordinator shall manage and execute all actions necessary to deploy contractor personnel to any designated area. 

This IDIQ contract includes Procurement, Integration, Operations, & Maintenance (O&M), and systems engineering of ABAD equipment and infrastructure throughout the EUCOM and AFRICOM combatant commands. More specifically the ABAD IDIQ service contract is to provide persistent, cross-domain base defense capabilities that increase deterrence/engagement options, survivability, and increase base security/defense posture.

Required Qualifications:

  • A current Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI).
  • Must be a US citizen with a valid US passport
  • Experience processing personnel deployments for a contract or program of similar size, scope, and complexity
  • Experience processing deployment requests via Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system and creating Letters of Authorization (LOAs).
  • Experience working with the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).
  • Working knowledge of SOFA requirements, regulations, and processes governing contract status in an AOR
