At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Biometrics Enabling Capability program, a typical day will include:
Performs forensic analysis of digital information and gathers and handles evidence.
Identifies network computer intrusion evidence and perpetrators
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or scientific field such as engineering or computer science, mathematics, operations research, engineering management
Required cybersecurity training and certification as directed in DoDD 8570.01, and shall meet the requirements outlined in DoD 8570.01–M Baseline Certification – Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II.
Have knowledge and experience with the following products: Assured Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Host Based Security System (HBSS), and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
Be a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
At least 3 years’ experience, preferably with enterprise information systems.
