As an IT Program Manager supporting the customer, you will be trusted to manage and complete of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Managing and responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities
  • Supervising assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers, and performing personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation
  • Directing program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serving as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
  • Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s).
  • Assuring quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
  • Performing business development activities, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
  • Performing program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
  • Coordinating and monitoring sub-contractor activities and administering subcontractor deliverables and finances.
  • Developing, reviewing, and approving plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
  • Preparing and providing various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
  • Participating in special projects as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience.
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
