As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will provide customer facing support managing, executing, and troubleshooting complex end to end processes and programs independently and/or in coordination with office Chief of Staff (CoS) personnel
The AA will provide comprehensive administrative support to two principals in addition to the Cos by maintaining a schedule of appointments as well as meeting coordination
The AA will also provide administrative support to the sponsor work unit and will serve as the action officer and focal point for office processes and programs including awards and recognition. Furthermore, the AA will provide ad hoc support not only to the Sponsor Mission Center processes and programs, the AA will also support mission center liaison activities and events across both sponsor mission centers as needed
The AA will work with the sponsor office CoS team to support the full range of AA responsibilities but will primarily provide sponsor front office support to include calendar management. travel support, and meeting support
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The Core hours of the office are 0900-1400: however, coverage from 0800 to 1600/1630 is preferred
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
This position is on customer site
