Eagle Alliance is looking for a Help Desk Technician that holds a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Position located in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Help Desk Technician answering calls, chats and emails from customers. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
Multiple shifts available:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED AND 0+ years experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly
Existing or ability to obtain 8570 Level I certification
Technical Support/Customer Service experience is highly preferred
