Project Supervisor, Site Lead - Iraq (Secret Clearance Required)

GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a Project Supervisor on the LMSS contract in Iraq. This position requires someone with a current and active Secret clearance.

Requirements:

• The CECOM Regional Support Center Project Supervisor will apply the Army doctrine maintenance policies and procedures outlined in AR 750-1 to manage the CECOM Regional Support Center located in Iraq. 
• Overseas and manages Field and Sustainment Level maintenance and logistics operational aspects of ongoing C5ISR projects and serves as the Contract Project Supervisor for planning and execution of C5ISR system support to ARCENT and CENTCOM Region.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Must have the ability to brief Senior Military and government civilian leadership on mission readiness and work closely with government Contracting Officer Technical Representative to develop individual project support missions, right sizing the labor force, expenditure of funds on contract IAW the FAR and developing policies, procedures and SOPs both internal and external. Conducts recruiting actions to include interviews and selections. Conduct periodic meetings, conference calls and IPRs to brief higher management on mission readiness, progress and or concerns.
• Develop cost estimates for current and future projects.
• Responsible for multi-million dollars in tools, test equipment and Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI).
• Must be able to manage personnel located throughout Iraq and the South West Asia region.
• Ability to access and use the different military resources such as LIW, GCSS-A, RF ITV Tracking Portal, IBS/CMM and GATES. 

Qualifications:  

• Must have a current and active Secret clearance. 
• Must be familiar with ARCENT and CENTCOM Policies and procedures  
• Prior Military Maintenance Management is a must. 
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience
