Operating in AWS GovCloud, our offering consists of Atlassian Products, GitLab, Sonatype Nexus, and SonarQube. The Software Developer Advisor is responsible for building, maintaining, operating, automating, and data migration activities of the DevOps tools and pipelines. In this role you will build a platform that delivers DevOps capabilities for software development projects. This role reports to the CDP Team Lead in the Intel and Homeland Security Division’s Chief Technology Office.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Migrate

    • Mitigate impact to users as identity management changes and ensure configured access control meets security requirements and program needs.
  • Maintain

    • Configure and test application-level backups.
    • Monitor and adjust cloud infrastructure for group to maintain user and pipeline performance targets.
    • Keep system documentation updated as necessary.
    • Address any configuration required to mitigate security concerns or support security controls.
    • Perform proactive maintenance activities to ensure highly available services.
  • Operate
    • Create new DevOps pipelines and review/implement program/project required changes.
    • Make configuration changes to support program mission needs.
  • Automate
    • Automate CDP operations, maintenance, and migration activities and functions as appropriate to improve the capability, efficiency, and customer delivery time.

The candidate must possess the following skills:
