GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a Requirements Analyst Advisor/Tester supporting U.S. Army Europe on our EMITS team in Wiesbaden.

The Systems Analyst Advisor will be supporting the Office of Knowledge Management and will ensure information and knowledge assets are properly created and applied enterprise-wide to improve decision-making. The Candidate will be part of a team focused on delivering customer-facing web-based applications with an emphasis on providing high-value features to our customers. You will serve as a core support member for the team working closely with the Product Owner and high-performing development team to help manage the product.  

  

The ideal candidate is someone with SharePoint experience, strong UI/UX Skills, knowledge of requirements analysis, and the ability to communicate clear technical concepts. Being able to prioritize initiatives and work with developers, management and Clients are essential.  

  

Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct quality control, functional testing, and regression testing. 

  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).   

  • Create basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.  

  • Assist in developing/modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs and explore potential solutions.  

  • Participate, in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried through project phases.  

  • Ability to communicate requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.  

  • Assist in building various SharePoint solutions, by leveraging the knowledge of SharePoint lists, document libraries, pages, and SharePoint permissions.  

  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting developed SharePoint solutions.  

  • Support Product Owners in the management of requirements and product features.  

  • Assist with the management of requirements and collaboration sessions using TFS.  

  • Assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.  

  • Assist in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives, and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.  

  • Assist in the analysis and documentation of business requirements and processes.  

  

 Required Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Active Secret Level Security Clearance

  • BS degree and 5+ years of related experience   

  • Minimum 3 years business requirements analysis experience   

  • Minimum 3 years experience in maintaining and managing SharePoint on-premise sites  

  • Minimum 3 years experience in maintaining and managing SharePoint online sites  

  • Office 365/Teams experience  

  • Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies   

  • Experience working with Agile/SCRUM  

Desired Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Professional Agile certification   

  • Familiar with User Experience and User Interface Design Process and Documentation   

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills  S
